It's crucial to ensure you arrive well in advance of your embarkation time to avoid missing it. However, if you do happen to miss it, unfortunately, we cannot offer any refunds or cruise credits. You (and your guests) must board the ship at least 90 minutes prior to our scheduled departure time. If you fail to check in at least 90 minutes before our scheduled departure, this constitutes a "no-show" and will result in an automatic cancellation of your booking and assessment of cancellation charges.
