If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please reach out to our Cruise Support Team or the agent through whom you made your booking. Refunds are subject to the sail date and the cancellation date. The cancellation charges are as follows:

  • 301 days or more: Deposit only, (15% of the total booking price.)

  • 300 - 241 days: up-to 25% of the Full Booking Price.

  • 240 - 181 days: up-to 50% of the Full Booking Price.

  • 180 - 91 days: up-to 75% of the Full Booking Price.

  • 90 days or less: up-to 100% of the Full Booking Price.

Please note amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
