If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please reach out to our Cruise Support Team or the agent through whom you made your booking. Refunds are subject to the sail date and the cancellation date. The cancellation charges are as follows:
Guest Cancellation Policy
In the event that you or any accompanying travellers wish to cancel your trip, it is imperative to initiate the cancellation process by contacting us directly. The cruise booking will only be cancelled on the date we receive the notice of cancellation. If you cancel, whether or not you will receive a refund will depend on the sail date and when you cancel. Generally, if you cancel you will have to pay the cancellation charges set out below. Amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
Cancellation Charges
Charges are calculated based on the full booking price and the number of days prior to the trip’s commencement:
301 days or more before departure – Deposit only (15% of the booking price)
300–241 days before departure – 25%
240–181 days before departure – 50%
180–91 days before departure – 75%
90 days or less before departure – 100%
Note: If payment was made in full, 15% is considered a deposit.
Transfer Option
If you cancel at least 91 days before the scheduled sail date, you may apply your paid balance toward the cost of another sailing on a like-for-like basis.
KK Cruise bookings may only be applied toward another KK Cruise.
KK Signature bookings may only be applied toward another KK Signature.
Transfer Rules:
301 days or more before departure – Transfers may be made at no extra cost.
300–181 days before departure – A small transfer fee will apply:
£500 for a stateroom transfer
£1000 for a suite transfer
180–91 days before departure – Transfers will be allowed with a 20% fee of your total booking price.
90 days or less before departure – Transfers are not possible.
Balance and Promotional Code:
The balance due to be transferred to another cruise will be issued as a promotional code, valid for use toward one future cruise booking only.
This code is non-refundable and non-transferable and can only be redeemed once.
Any cruise booked using this transferred balance will remain subject to the original cruise’s scheduled timings and terms.
Unable to Travel / Name Change:
If you are unable to travel and wish to transfer your booking to another party, this can be done up to 180 days prior to the departure date.
After this period, we will make every effort to accommodate your request, but cannot guarantee fulfilment.
Should there be any additional costs associated with such changes, including rebooking fees, administrative charges, or other expenses arising from the transfer, both you and the other party will be jointly responsible for covering those fees, charges, or costs.
If you are unable to travel, please let us know as soon as possible. The company will make every effort to transfer or resell your booking, subject to availability and management’s discretion.
Change to a booking by a guest
Should you wish to modify your confirmed booking, it is necessary to notify us in writing at your earliest convenience. While we will make every effort to assist you, we cannot guarantee our ability to accommodate such requests.It is important to note that any changes considered minor, such as a stateroom change outside of 90 days from departure, incur an amendment fee of £50 per guest per booking.If you or accompanying travellers are unable to take the holiday due to medical reasons, a name change may be permitted by providing at least 15 days' notice in writing. The new Guest, suggested by you, must produce documentary proof of the reason for the transfer, and both parties must ensure that the administration fee, charges/costs, and any outstanding amount for the holiday are paid in full before the change is finalized.Note that suppliers may not allow name changes and the booking may need to be cancelled imposed by the supplier which may, in some cases, be the full cost of the ticket.
