If you need to cancel your booking for any reason, please contact our Cruise Support Team. Refunds are subject to the sail date and the cancellation date. The cancellation charges are as follows:
301 days or more: Deposit only or your 1st installment paid via installment system.
300 - 241 days: 25%.
240 - 181 days: 50%.
180 - 91 days: 75%.
90 days or less: 100%.
Please note amendment charges cannot be refunded in the event of cancellation.
