We offer assistance in getting on and off the ship for guests who require it. Our personnel are equipped with wheelchairs and can assist by pushing wheelchairs using gangways and boarding bridges. Please note that our personnel are not required to lift guests. However, they will provide support in navigating the boarding and disembarkation process.
