If a payment doesn’t go through, you will receive an email notification informing you, that your payment has failed and to make sure your payment card details are correct. If you need to update your card details, you can do this on the Manage My Cruise section of the KK Cruise site.
We will attempt payment again in 3 days. If the payment once again fails, you will be contacted by the KK Cruise admin support team regarding your missed payment.
